We are an independent consulting and professional services practice based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide advisory, strategy, operational and project-related services to small businesses and individuals.

Depending on the nature of our dealings with you, we may collect and hold:
- Your name, job title and the name of the organisation you represent;
- Your email address and other contact details you choose to provide;
- Information relevant to an enquiry, engagement, quotation or project, including business requirements, documents and correspondence you send us;

Some of our service providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we will take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with the APPs, including APP 8.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, please contact us with details of your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it promptly and respond to you, generally within 30 days.
